Zach's pedigree is full of proven performance ponies.  His grandsires, *Grange Finn Sparrow and Tre Awain Ginger Blue are well known for producing scopey, athletic ponies with a great jump and movement.  He is linebred to stallion Gilnocky Ard-Righ MacDaire who competed successfully through the Prix St. Georges level in dressage.  His dam, Tre Awain Dare to Dream won several championships in the Large Pony hunters at AA rated shows.  His dam also comes from a strong mare-line (Sliabh na Mban) that is well known for producing quality, typey ponies.  His pedigree also traces to influential sires Carna Bobby, MacDara and Mountain Lad.

Zach traces to the "Blue" bloodline of the original Irish foundation stallion Cannon Ball.
